On other websites we have court documents and exhibits for all these complaints.  The information is overwhelming.  and the attorneys will tell you the complaints were not well formatted.  The complaints were written as they were to convey story and to see if Attorneys would engage with non formatted and wild complaints and how they would engage.  What we have exposed via that process is commercially terrifying. it's resulted in 5 bar complaints so far and four complaints against four different judges.  What we've discovered is a California Civil Court system that is totally off its rocker -- in a way that helps explain why 14 people engaged in fraud without a care in the world. 

As part of the complaint process, we are filing amended complaints for most of the disputes and we feel the amended complaints are far more legally succinct. The Attorneys may not approve of them for various reasons -- but his case is unique - in that we already obtained discovery documents via a demand during escro and othe documents from other investigations -- so we aren't starting from scratch -- and that makes it very differnt.  What also makes it different -- as we've discovered -- is all these  Civil attorneys are pretty darn evil on all sides of the box, because NONE OF THEM have any incentive to quickly settle a dispute.
